By accessing FunList.ai (the "Service"), provided by American Marketing Alliance SPC ("AMA"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The "Funalytics™" Disclaimer (AI Usage)

FunList.ai uses Artificial Intelligence agents (including the "Rating Agent") to generate "Fun Scores," event descriptions, and recommendations.

  • Subjectivity: "Fun Scores" are AI-generated estimates based on data points like amenities, popularity, and user preferences. They are subjective opinions, not guarantees of enjoyment.
  • Accuracy Warning: AI tools can make errors ("hallucinations"). While we strive for accuracy, event times, prices, and locations may change. Always verify details with the official venue before attending.

3. Event Listings & Ticket Purchases

FunList.ai is primarily a discovery platform.

  • Third-Party Links: When you click "Buy Tickets" or "Register," you are often directed to a third-party site (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or a Venue's site).
  • No Liability for Transactions: We are not a party to the transaction between you and the event host. We are not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or ticket validity for third-party events.
  • Physical Safety: AMA does not inspect venues. You assume all risk associated with attending events listed on our platform.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

You agree to use FunList.ai responsibly:

  • You will not post false reviews or spam event listings.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our "Community Guardrails" (e.g., hate speech, harassment).

5. Intellectual Property

The "Funalytics" scoring engine, the "Hyper-Local Intelligence Layer," and the site content are owned by AMA SPC. You may not scrape, reproduce, or resell our data without a written license.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMA SPC is not liable for any indirect damages, lost travel costs, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service or attendance at events listed herein.
